A Certified Practising Conveyancer is a qualified professional, who specialises in this single field of law (conveyancing) and as such is up to date with all changes to legislation and procedures that may affect your transaction. A ‘CPC’ must comply with the high standards of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and has their full backing and support.
Torrens Conveyancing was established in 1991 and was one of the first Central Coast Conveyancing firms to be established. We are celebrating 30 years of continuous Conveyancing on the Central Coast.

Our Licensed Conveyancer has a great depth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Conveyancing including mortgages, leases and sale/purchase of a business.

Dianne was one of the first to be licensed in NSW in 1995 and a founding member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers.
